Nick Fairley of the Detroit Lions and formerly of the Auburn Tigers was arrested on a marijuana charge in Mobile, Alabama. The details of the case aren’t out yet but I don’t think the Lions will be pleased with the defensive tackle’s actions.

Hey it is only pot. At least the guy isn’t out in a night club with a gun shooting people. These guys are young and people have been smoking pot for thousands of years. Who knows maybe it helps him see things better. Maybe the government should legalize pot already and tax the stuff. If you really think about pot is it that much worse than Booze? I don’t remember hearing of a guy being so messed up on pot only and killing people in a car accident, I could be wrong but I haven’t heard of that…
