The Nick Saban cardboard cut out that was stolen from a local Tuscaloosa gas station yesterday has apparent been returned to it’s rightful owners. All you people of Tuscaloosa, Alabama can rest easy now.
According to the Montgomery Advertiser:
Police say two people walked into the BP Gas Station on University Boulevard early Wednesday. One of them allegedly grabbed the Saban cutout when the clerk wasn’t looking, and the other opened the door so they could leave.
Police later said two suspects saw pictures of themselves online and returned the Saban cutout to a cashier at the station.
Hopefully no harsh punishment will be dealt to these gentlemen. The love of one’s college coach is hard to overcome. ROLL TIDE!
