The Oregon Ducks unveiled their new uniforms for the Fiesta Bowl against the Kansas State Wildcats and they actually have feathers on them. Seriously. Every time an Oregon defender hits quarterback Collin Klein, he’ll be wearing a jersey with feathers. Oregon has a Nike factory nearby so they are known at getting all the prototype Nike Pro Combat Uniforms. You would think that this angle would be enough but the feathers actually change colors depending on the angle you look at them. I can only imagine the camera’s trying to get a good shot of a player in the Fiesta Bowl while he is literally changing colors. Oregon, this is either awesome or you have gone way too far.
Here are the jerseys for the #FiestaBowl. Yes, Oregon’s numbers and feathers change colors depending on the angle. twitter.com/FiestaBowl/sta…

These aren’t new uniforms–the Ducks have worn the feather motif literally the entire season, and the iridescent-style font color on the jerseys dates back to last years’ Rose Bowl. http://ducktracker.blogspot.com/
Well, they haven’t done a great job of promoting it till now. I had never heard of it nor had any of my college football loving friends.
