The name says it all, well mostly. Born in Ecuador but by chance, fate, or his love of orange drinks, he was shipped to Tennessee as a young’un where he grew up in Knoxville and graduated from the University of Tennessee. He loves good TV, hates Craig James, adores his Vols, wants Derek Dooley’s hair, dreams of the day he can open his own bar, spikes the shit out of volleyballs when he sees Craig James on TV to relieve tension, plays LOST’s lottery numbers, and blames the language barrier for bad grammar. Now living in New York City, he occasionally dabbles in marketing, social media, and sophomoric photoshop pics.
Erik – Contributor/Legal
Erik is an unapologetic SEC homer and Alabama alumnus. He loves neutral colors, snark at the expense of the Flyover, all college athletics, and overusing punctuation (as well as parenthetical conceits). A modern renaissance man, he has held the following careers: director of a non-profit civil rights center, bartender, graphic designer, paramedic, counselor for domestic/sexual assault victims, death metal musician and owner of a gothic nightclub; and while he hates the legal profession the most, he does it begrudgingly to pay off his student loans. His contributions to TTFB are limited to op-ed trolling pieces and making sure that the other knuckleheads don’t get sued. To his friends Danny goes by many names and monikers, but you must call him Sir (kidding). A senior in high school, Danny is already an award-winning journalist. He’s a rational but diehard Ohio State Buckeye fan — a rare breed on the verge of extinction. He’s attending Syracuse University, which has the nation’s top journalism school.
